NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mendocino County SELPA Policy Council hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will
be held as follows:
TOPIC OF HEARING:
Final review and adoption of the SELPA-wide Local Plan, Annual Budget Plan and the Annual
Service Plan for 2026-2027 for special education programs.
Note: According to guidelines from the California State Department of Education, the SELPA
must conduct a public hearing on the 2026-2027 Local Plan, Annual Budget Plan and the
Annual Service Plan prior to adoption by the Superintendents’ Policy Council. This notice of
public hearing enables the Mendocino County SELPA to comply with those guidelines.
